Privacy Policy Portal

We value your privacy. Read our detailed compliance statements and data usage policies below.

General Privacy Policy

Effective Date: December 2, 2020 (Updated for Google Play Data Safety Compliance in 2026)

This privacy policy is applicable to all mobile applications developed by GriceMobile (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and published on the Google Play Store. These services are provided as Ad-Supported applications and are intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection & Local-First Processing

Our applications are designed with a **privacy-first, local-first** architecture. We minimize network transmission of sensitive user information:

On-Device Local Data Processing: To deliver core functional features (such as making calls, rendering text messages, managing launcher layouts, organizing alarms, or scanning storage files for optimization), our applications access local system databases (contacts, call logs, SMS logs, system alarms, photo libraries). All processing of these data points is executed entirely on your local device CPU and storage. The Service Provider does not upload, copy, store, or transmit your personal database records to any external cloud or server.

No Authentication Required: Registration or creating user profiles is not mandatory to utilize the applications.

2. Android System Permissions & Data Safety

Our applications request system permissions only when they are strictly necessary to deliver their core capabilities. Because each application serves different functions (communication, personalization, or utilities), the specific system permissions requested are detailed within the dedicated Privacy Policy section for each respective application in this portal.

We process all sensitive permissions (such as contacts, call logs, SMS message databases, and media storage) locally on your device. No personal data accessed via system permissions is uploaded, cached, or transmitted to any external server or third-party entities.

3. Technical Metadata & Analytics Collection

For diagnostics, app profiling, performance auditing, and ad serving, our applications integrate third-party developer kits (SDKs) which collect anonymized metadata:

  • Device Characteristics: Device model name, hardware screen resolution, operating system version, CPU architecture type, and default system language.
  • App Profiling: Logs of crashes, ANR (App Not Responding) rates, and UI draw times to identify memory leaks and performance bugs.

4. Third-Party Services & Ad SDKs

The applications utilize secure third-party service providers who may collect temporary identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) for ad attribution and analytics. You can read their respective privacy policies here:

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal details, we will take immediate steps to delete this information.

6. Data Retention & Safety Procedures

Because our apps do not store personal details on cloud servers, there is no server-side user data to delete. You can instantly clear all local caches, application settings, and local databases by:

  • Clearing the app's cache and storage data via Android Settings.
  • Uninstalling the application from your device.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, permissions usage, or local data safety, please contact us via email at helper@gricemobile.com.
